I'm a French press coffee drinker. I have knitted cute hats for my press to wear while I imbibe from the press. But often it takes me 45 minutes to drink my 3 cups, and the coffee cools off too much.

This pretty matte finish bright red glass carafe has solved the temperature problem. The glass does not change the taste of the coffee like stainless or plastic. It keeps the coffee very hot. My coffee hasn't sat in the carafe for more than 1.5 hours, and its been piping hot.

The shape makes the last half cup of coffee difficult to pour, but the cute shape is worth being careful on that last pour.

I have not had any trouble with the glass separating from the plastic outside.

I bought 2 of these because I wanted something that I could reuse to prep and the other to serve the cake pops. I loved the idea that these were plastic and not cardboard/styrofoam. I have searched my local craft & party stores for something like this and had no luck. I bought this set from a co-worker selling Tupperware several years ago. I've always been a "brown-bagger" so to speak - usually bring a lunch from home. I don't like eating out since there aren't many healthy options where we live. I absolutely LOVE this flatware set. It is extremely sturdy, fits snugly together and and is SO much more convenient than bringing silverware from home or digging through the silverware drawer in the breakroom at work in hopes of a miracle of finding something other than a butter knife!! The first one I received had a flaw that allowed water to leak out. I had not previously had to return anything purchased from Amazon and it went very smoothly. I submitted (online) the problem over the weekend, and Amazon sent me return options. UPS came and picked up the defective unit Monday and delivered the new one on Tuesday. Can't ask for better than that.

Now, to the product. I had been looking for a water jug to sit unobtrusively on the counter and dispense water. This is it. It is easy to add fresh water to, and easy to dispense water from. The top fits snugly and the height makes it easy to use. I wanted something with a low spigot that would hang over the counter, not something that you had to worry about fitting glasses/pots/pitchers/whatever between the spigot and counter. I just set this at the edge of the counter and can put anything I choose under it. I use a countertop water distiller, and this allows me to store a larger amount (2.5 gallons) of water ahead so that I have plenty available for cooking as well as for drinking. I like that it is not clear glass . . . I know what's in there and I like the appearance of the jug.

I have only been using these for a short time, but these seem to be good quality cooking chopsticks. They are a bit thicker than other chopsticks (cooking or eating) which makes them easier to handle for cooking. My only complaint is that these are advertised as 18" long, and the ones I received are 15-1/2". The main reason I chose this product was because I wanted chopsticks as long as possible to reach safely into my deep cooking pot. These are still usable, but I need to be careful since the missing 2-1/2" gives me less clearance over hot water than I was hoping for.
