the serving area is about the size of a bar of soap. I'm not really sure what I will use this for but it looks really cool... I thought it had a flatter serving area which I could think of a few uses for but, it's still cool. the beaded spoon is kinda lame, it's a good sturdy spoon but, the beads look cheap so I removed them.
