The Holiday Hoot collection from Rachael Ray is a beautiful holiday dinnerware set. A stylized Christmas tree holds three red round ornaments and an owl perched on a branch with gold stars to frame the scene. The bowls only have the owl on the bottom of the inside of the bowl and the exterior rim is framed with the gold stars. You can serve 4 people a complete dinner with this set: soup, salad, dinner, and coffee.

I really love this design. The bowls are so cute, I want to use them year-round! And this set is microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe. I love how beautiful and convenient this set is for serving. The Rachael Ray appeal for me is the style and function. Frankly, if it's not dishwasher and microwave safe, I do not want it! And it is just one part of a larger set, including mugs, a platter, and a serving bowl to complete your dinner and/or dessert service.

I will say the one drawback is it only serves 4, so it's about $20.00 a person. And given holidays are a time of larger parties, it would be rather steep to accommodate multiple sets. But other than that, I love it and recommend it!

I would probably pay no more than $20 for this. Also, the metal part of the spout had what looked like a jagged, unfinished edge and some slight discoloration. All in all, not the high quality, sleek design I was hoping for when I (over)paid for this item. This is one of those items that would only successfully sell online.

Won't break if you drop it, won't bend, won't tarnish. Dishwasher safe. Pretty computer-safe, the rounded bottom is such that it's hard to knock it over unintentionally. (Or intentionally, for that matter.)

The only problem I had with it, and why it didn't get 5 stars, is that the weld at the top of the handle was messy. Call it 4.5 stars.

It WILL sweat like crazy on a hot day with an ice-cold drink in it. It's not insulated, so hot drinks do cool - but it's large enough so that when full it takes a while.

I saw this over 2 years ago while looking for new candle sticks for our remodeled fireplace. I fell in love with it instantly, but I just couldn't justify paying the price. I thought it was way too much for something I was getting mostly for decoration. So I thought that I would find something that was close that I could still enjoy while not pay quite so much. No such luck. I looked at literally hunderds of other candles including courting candles which have a similar style, but despite all of my serching nothing else compared to the "Rat de Cave". I finally decided I had wanted the candle long enough and had satisfied myself that there wasn't anything else that was close enough for me to be happy with that I went ahead and ordered it. I was so excited when it arrived and it is absolutely wonderful. The craftsmenship and durability of the piece are well beyond my expectations, making it completely worth the cost in my opinion. So happy I purchased it.
