I have issues with the design of this product. When you place the glass back on top of the carafe, it actually fits inside the top of the carafe (unlike most others I have seen.)
This causes a vacuum at times, especially if there is water on any parts (likely if you've had a sip!) and it makeks it hard to get the glass in place.
Also - it was much smaller than I thought it would be. The cup is especially tiny. My fault for not checking the measurements.
