I love the look of the cup but that is where the story ends. After repeated washings in the dishwasher I started to notice the color fade to a dull look. When I recently added hot water to the cup I heard a cracking noise and then hot water started leaking out of it through the crack. Maybe I just got a defective cup but at least I got 4 months of use out of it before retiring it to the trash can.
