I was looking for a glass dispenser to make tea and citrus infused waters. This fit the bill. It's pretty heavy. I don't like that the spigot is plastic, however I haven't had problems with it to date. It fits nicely on the top shelf of the refrigerator, so we can have cold water or tea whenever we want. It pours pretty fast, if it poured faster I might be afraid of spills. If you're looking for a dispenser for home use, this one is great. It holds a lot, so I'm not constantly needing to re-make beverages.

If you are buying this for a party or a wedding, mine came with a small imperfection in the glass. It's a small bubble on the front about 4 inches from the top. That's fine for what I'm using it for, but if you want something perfect, just be aware.
