These are inexpensive Libbey Glass mugs treated with this company's "HercuGlass process".

These mugs are practically indestructible without any treatment at all and I would question if this treatment adds any added strength at all. I dropped an untreated Libbey mug in my kitchen. It badly bent the metal trim piece between carpet and the tile floor in my kitchen, bounced on the tile a few times and the mug was completely undamaged.

I find it VERY suspicious they're treating a product that just happens to be practically indestructible already. This smells like a scam. Buy the Libbey Cobalt Blue Coffee Mugs elsewhere for much less and you will be just as pleased with them. They are extremely durable and extremely sharp looking mugs.
