It's hard to give a rating when you are upset with the company more than the product. However, in the product description in the top section, under BPA free, it reads "Made in USA". It is not made in USA. The mug clearly has Made in Thailand on the bottom. I could have bought the exact same mug sold by Caseys, which is also sold under Amazon prime, for $17.98. I chose to pay nearly $4 more for it to be a USA product. I think they are all coming from the same place regardless of the importing company, so you may as well pick the lowest price.
