I purchased several pieces in this line of Godinger. The pieces are nice. However, they are not a true white in color. Actually, the color of the ceramic, is closer to almond. You may want to keep this in mind, if you're going to use these pieces, along with your "true white" serverware. Thus is my reason for only giving a 4 star rating.

It appears the entire Godinger ceramic line, is an off white/almond color. I prefer a true white.

A classic decanter with nice weight to it. The etching is very well done and picks up the light beautifully. I was not able to find another like it comparing quality, design and price. This one stood out to be the best fit in all categories. 4 stars because the topper is slightly lop-sided. It is not 100% straight, which if you're not looking for it, you won't notice it. But upon first inspection, up very close I might add, it's obviously eschew. All in all, a lovely product that anyone would be proud to own.
