Serviceable, attractive, but it feels like it was manufactured via a mechanized assembly line (versus handmade with care). Plus, the color of the mug indicated here on my computer screen seems to be sea foam or aqua green, whereas in real life it's a much darker matte green (as was indicated in the written description). For that reason, I'm trying to return my mugs (4 of them). I contacted the seller yesterday, and am waiting for a reply one day later. Hope the seller, at the very least, turns out to be responsive.
