Love this teapot. It is sturdy, classy, beautiful, easy to clean, and the slight elevation at the base makes it ideal for use with a Bunn warmer, since Bunn warmers are designed for coffee and generally will overheat tea to the point that it cooks a bit, and loses flavor. Anyway, that's neither here nor there and I don't imagine many other teapot consumers will have the same complaint.

The only drawback is that the teaball is designed in such a way as air is trapped inside of it, causing it to float when you're trying to use it to steep loose tea. The top half of the ball is solid steel, while the bottom half is mesh. They should have made the entire ball out of mesh, or left air holes in the top. Other than that, ideal teapot.
